• Review and assess system outputs, alerts, and predictive behaviours across customer environments.
• Analyse data trends and identify opportunities to improve platform performance and outputs.
• Support the creation and refinement of models, rules, and behaviours within internal tooling.
• Carry out data quality assessment and cleansing activities.
• Prepare internal and customer‑facing reports relating to service delivery and platform performance.
• Communicate issues, trends, and improvement opportunities across internal teams.
• Raise and manage tickets relating to product improvements and operational changes.
• Support ongoing enhancements across tooling, workflows, and data processes.
• Collabora e with technical and customer‑facing teams to ensure high service standards are maintained.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with data analysis and interpretation.
• Comfortable reviewing graphs, trends, and behavioural outputs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good client‑facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a technical environment.
