Responsibilities- Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)
- Server rack installation and de‑commissioning
- Cross‑connect and patch panel management
- Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Visual inspections and inventory audits
- Escort and access coordination for client visits
- Emergency response and on‑call availability
- Hands‑on experience with data centre infrastructure
- Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards
- Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centres
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to lift 25 kg+ equipment
- Flexible availability, including weekends/holidays for urgent requests
- Certifications:
CompTIA Server+, Network+, CDCP, CCNA - Experience at major DC providers (Equinix, Digital Realty, NTT, Cyrus One)
- Structured cabling expertise (fiber, Cat6, DAC)
- Data centre or IT infrastructure experience
- Server hardware and networking knowledge
- Professionalism with strong communication skills
- Proximity to local data centre facilities
- Flexible schedule for on‑call/emergency work
