MCS Group is looking for a Data Engineer / Analytics Developer to join a growing team delivering data, reporting and automation solutions that support operational and business decision-making. This is a hands-on role for a Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer who enjoys working across data engineering, analytics and process automation. You'll collaborate with a range of business and technical stakeholders, helping to improve the flow, quality and accessibility of data while delivering solutions that drive efficiency and insight.
The Role Build and maintain data pipelines and integration processes Develop and optimise data solutions using Python, SQL and Snowflake Support reporting, analytics and dashboard development Design and implement automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into practical solutions Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to documentation, governance and best practice across the data landscape
The Person Mid-Level or Senior level experience in a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, Data Analyst or similar role Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL and Snowflake
Experience with Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes and data quality principles Experience working with large datasets and business-critical reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms - is desirable

County Antrim (On-Site 5 days per Week)
Contract:
12-Month Temporary Contract (PAYE) Salary:
