SAP Order to Cash Lead Systems Analyst

Accountable for designing and configuring SAP software solutions to streamline business processes, providing technical leadership over the OTC functional area, and interfacing with internal stakeholders to administer and enhance the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining business processes and recommend solutions to streamline them.
  • Manage solution scope within standard software capabilities to the maximum possible.
  • Guide system integrator and contractor employees to ensure solutions implemented meet Wolfspeed standards.
  • Analyze and understand SAP OTC data to promote proper use of the system and aid in the development of test scenarios.
  • Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with various groups to ensure quality of developed solutions.
  • Work with Wolfspeed Support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
  • Support end‑user training on new system functionality.
  • Act as liaison to corporate initiatives and projects.
  • Analyze, design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance functional solutions leveraging SAP Order to Cash and other system integrations where necessary.
  • Configure system features per business requirements and create documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test planning and execution.
  • Establish optimal use of SAP Order to Cash data objects and structures (e.g., order types) and corresponding master data (e.g., Customer Master) according to best practices.
  • Communicate and obtain buy‑in from internal and external stakeholders for SAP OTC design.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance is maintained for all supported systems.
  • Deliver scalable, globally consistent solutions that maximize value and minimize duplication.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
  • Grow, develop, and share overall SAP product knowledge and expertise within and across team and organization.
  • Conduct research to identify new product features and best practices; lead discussions on applicability to Wolfspeed business scenarios.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, identify gaps, issues and work‑around solutions.
  • Assist stakeholders in troubleshooting and provide ad‑hoc training and user support as required.
  • Track/Manage changes or emergency transports for high priority issues; proactively identify and propose business process or system enhancements.
  • Provide subject‑matter mentorship to junior members and work independently and self‑directed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in integration of SAP Order to Cash processes with relevant IBP, MM, WM, FI/CO functions.
  • Design and configure processes in Sales Order management, invoicing, pricing, shipping conditions, schedule dates.
  • 5+ years overall IT experience with success supporting a fast‑paced business organization and applying SAP best practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years in full cycle implementation and support projects.
  • Strong background in Customer Master data; experience with SAP IBP and schedule dates is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of order‑to‑cash business processes and ability to view from the customer perspective.
  • Team orientation and effective interaction with SAP IT leads and business partners.
  • Results‑oriented, “can‑do” attitude with adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Proven track record in supporting operations customers and contract manufacturers.
  • Strong influence on cross‑functional teams and clear verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally.
  • Self‑motivated with strong drive to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to blend technical and commercial aspects for balanced problem‑solving.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Semiconductor or high‑tech industry background is a plus.
  • Knowledge of RICEFW objects and experience drafting functional & technical specifications.
  • Flexible collaboration with virtual global teams, including outside office hours.
