Working closely with business leaders, technical teams and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering projects that improve customer experience, streamline operations and support business growth.
The Role As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM projects. Coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers. Defining project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables. Managing project risks, dependencies and change requests. Leading project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications. Supporting CRM enhancements, integrations, upgrades and platform improvements. Working closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts and leadership teams. Driving user adoption, training and business readiness activities.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives. Essential Experience Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering technology projects. Experience delivering Salesforce, CRM or digital transformation programmes. Strong understanding of project governance and delivery frameworks. Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. Salesforce & CRM Experience
Experience with one or more of the following:
Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Administration projects CRM implementation and migration projects Customer experience transformation Microsoft Dynamics 365 Hub Spot CRM CRM integrations and process automation Essential Qualifications Candidates should hold at least one of the following: PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner AgilePM Foundation or Practitioner APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) or PMQ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMP (desirable) Highly Desirable Salesforce Administrator Certification Salesforce Business Analyst Certification Experience working within a Salesforce environment Experience managing system integrations and data migration projects Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies What We're Looking For A proactive and organised Project Manager.
