We’re looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to join our team and help us build the secure, scalable infrastructure that underpins Ctrl Alt’s mission to redefine asset ownership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our platform is fast, reliable, and capable of supporting the needs of asset managers, fund administrators, and institutional investors around the world.

Working closely with our engineering teams, you’ll design and maintain cloud infrastructure, improve our CI/CD pipelines, and enhance observability so we can ship high‑quality features quickly and confidently. You’ll bring your initiative as well as your technical skills to solve real operational challenges, ensuring our systems are resilient, cost‑efficient, and ready to scale as we grow.

• Design and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS) for our production and staging environments
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, high‑quality deployments
• Monitor and improve system availability, performance, and cost‑efficiency
• Implement and manage observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing)
• Enhance infrastructure‑as‑code using AWS CDK and related tools
• Collaborate with engineers to streamline development workflows and deployment strategies
• Champion Dev Ops best practices across the company

• 3+ years of experience in a Dev Ops, SRE, or infrastructure‑focused engineering role
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, Cognito)
• Proficiency with infrastructure‑as‑code (especially AWS CDK, but Terraform or similar also a plus)
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes)
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions or similar tools
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch, Sentry, Data Dog)
• A security‑first mindset when designing and managing infrastructure

• Experience working in regulated or high‑trust environments
• Knowledge of zero‑downtime deployment patterns and rollback strategies
• Exposure to Next.js, Node.js, or React‑based applications from an ops perspective
• Understanding of secrets management and zero‑trust networking
