Job Description
Technical Services Trainee (2yr FTC) – Belfast –
Start date:
September 2026.
As a Trainee at Fujitsu you will be allocated to an Early Career role stream and receive training in platform support and Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Receive networking infrastructure training through our specialist training provider.
- Gain Level 3 Networking Infrastructure certification.
- Attend Belfast Met one day a week while earning.
- Support large‑scale infrastructure platforms including OS management, cloud management, enterprise backup management and storage management.
- Participate in incident management and planned change processes.
- Work across multiple customer accounts in the private and public sector.
- Carry out routine support tasks, administrative functions, problem investigations and resolutions.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers.
- Support Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Develop an understanding of customer environments and service delivery requirements.
- Listen to and understand basic customer problems.
- Understand escalation processes and elevate issues as necessary to meet service level agreements.
- Work as a team player.
- 1 A‑Level (grade A‑C) or Level 3 BTEC Qualification (MMM or above).
- 5 GCSEs (grade A‑C including English and Maths) or equivalent.
- 26 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays (3 flexible).
