Senior Test Lead - Fintech
Contract: 12 Months
Location: Belfast (Hybrid - 2 Office Days per Week)
Rate: Outside IR35

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to join a major strategic programme within a leading fintech organisation. Based in Belfast with a hybrid working model requiring two days per week in the office, you'll lead the testing strategy for high-profile projects that support millions of users worldwide.

- Mentor QA engineers and support teams in delivering robust and effective test coverage
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Drive defect management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery
