Change Management, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
This is an exciting role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in transformation, change management, and project management from the ground up. You will work closely with the Senior Transformation Manager on complex programmes, including org redesign, operating model work, technology implementation and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, while developing your skills across the full range of capabilities in our Transformation and Strategic Change framework.
You will be an individual contributor with real ownership, independently leading XS and S‑sized initiatives and taking ownership of specific work streams within larger M and L programmes. The role involves the practical mechanics of delivery, including gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating across stakeholders, supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems and tools, and keeping multiple work streams on track. This is a role for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and wants to make a tangible difference to how Foods Connected works.
