Senior IT Support Engineer Belfast City Centre | Permanent | £45,000 - £50,000 We're recruiting for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team in Belfast. This is a hands-on role supporting infrastructure, business applications, and end users, while also contributing to IT projects and system improvements across the business. Key Skills Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server/Desktop Networking and server infrastructure support Experience supporting ERP or other business-critical applications Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Responsibilities Act as an escalation point for complex IT issues.

Support and maintain Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and server environments. Assist with IT projects, upgrades, deployments, and system migrations. Work closely with local users, business stakeholders, and global IT teams. Provide hands-on support including hardware installations, network cabling, user administration, and technology rollouts.
