Job Title

Managing Consultant – Defence & Security (Full‑time)

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and development teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions for complex client challenges.
Shape and launch new service propositions to drive strategic business growth.
Build trusted client relationships and deliver high‑impact solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to FTSE 100 clients, guiding them through complex challenges.
Support team growth through coaching, knowledge‑sharing, and creating opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading architecture and development teams.
Strong understanding of the defence sector, with experience in banking, insurance, payments or wealth management.
Ability to shape and communicate architectural strategies across domains.
Skill at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Track record in business development, pre‑sales and proposal development.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks and modelling tools such as UML, Archi Mate.
Established network of senior stakeholders in the specialist sector.

Cloud & Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM, Oracle, Salesforce. Architecture & Delivery:
