Within the role, you will be supporting a Windows estate of around 100,000 devices. What's in it for you?

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms, ensuring Windows devices remain secure, compliant and up to date. Oversee the full Windows device life-cycle, including device builds, software deployment, patch management, upgrades and decommissioning. Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues, acting as an escalation point for technical incidents. Support infrastructure projects and platform improvements, including system upgrades, automation initiatives and service enhancements.

Produce and maintain technical documentation while working closely with wider IT teams to deliver reliable and efficient endpoint services. Essential:
Previous experience in an Endpoint Management or End User Computing (EUC) role within a large, complex IT environment. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Configuration Manager) and/or Altiris. Solid understanding of Windows endpoint management, including device provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades and life-cycle management. Experience deploying software, managing endpoint security and maintaining patch compliance across enterprise environments. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, proxies and subnets. Why choose VANRATH?
