We're seeking a Website Growth Manager to own and grow our most important demand channel, turning the Cloudsmith website into a consistent, measurable source of pipeline.

About Cloudsmith

Cloudsmith is the world’s most powerful artifact management platform. Software organizations of all sizes rely on Cloudsmith to control and secure their software supply chains. Cloudsmith allows customers to manage curated private repositories that proxy public open-source software registries. Developers use these repositories as their trusted source for build artifacts. We support over 30 formats, including most popular languages, package managers, operating systems, and AI and container protocols.

We’re aimed at the enterprise, with built-in comprehensive security and advanced features for policy enforcement, integrations, and observability. Customers consider Cloudsmith to be critical infrastructure as a central part of their software build chain.

Cloudsmith is built by developers, for developers. We treasure the developer experience. The Tao of Cloudsmith expresses the values we live by every day. This is a special company, and now is a great time to join us.

The Role

The Cloudsmith website is our most important demand channel. It is where prospects evaluate the product, where campaigns land, and where pipeline is generated or lost. The Website Growth Manager exists to make sure it performs.

This is a cross-functional role spanning content, brand, and web. You are responsible for the performance of the website, identifying areas of improvements, implementing changes and measuring the results. Your job is to obsess over what is on our website, what needs to be built or improved, and make sure we are using it to engage buyers and generate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the website as a pipeline generation channel, by directly creating new pages using existing components, optimising existing content to increase conversion rates or working with the brand team to develop new components and functionality.
  • Track and manage all website requests from the wider marketing team, reviewing and prioritizing the backlog, while managing request intake and prioritization based on potential pipeline impact. Work with sales and marketing to proactively collect requests and feedback on a regular cadence.
  • Own the CRO testing roadmap for conversion pages and landing pages. Brief tests, track results, and coordinate follow‑on changes.
  • Ensure SEO and AEO implementation requests are correctly prioritized in the build queue and executed on schedule.
  • Build and maintain a performance dashboard covering traffic by source, conversion rates by page, and pipeline attribution from web.
  • Publish a monthly performance report and develop actionable next steps for improvements from the data.
Required Experience, Qualities & Skills
  • You have owned a web channel or web program in a B2B SaaS company, ideally post‑Series B
  • You can build and interpret a performance dashboard in GA4, Hub Spot, or equivalent
  • You understand CMS‑based page assembly, and you have built and published pages without developer involvement
  • You know what a complete brief looks like and can write one that eliminates revision cycles
  • You have run CRO programs before and you know how to manage a testing roadmap
  • You have worked cross‑functionally with sales, marketing and design teams and can manage competing priorities
  • You are comfortable writing and editing copy to optimise it for web
Nice to have
  • Experience with CRO tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or similar
  • Experience with project management tooling
  • Familiarity with developer tools, Dev Ops, security software, or technical B2B products
