Product Engineer Lead Consultant

Your role in the team Risk Insights designs, builds, and operates data-driven solutions that help the TORC organization understand, prioritize, and act on risk. The team applies modern engineering and analytics practices to create reliable data pipelines, Microsoft Fabric capabilities, Python-based automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions that turn complex risk, regulatory, control, and operational data into clear, actionable insight for leaders and delivery teams.

The Engineer is a hands-on technical contributor responsible for building and operating the dashboards, data products, Microsoft Fabric assets, and automation capabilities that support TORC-wide risk and regulatory efforts. This role will work closely with Risk Insights, Risk Engineering, Digital Product Managers, and TORC stakeholders to translate data and process needs into reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. The Engineer will play a key role in reducing manual effort, improving data quality, automating recurring tasks, and helping TORC teams make faster, more evidence-based decisions through trusted dashboards and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and insight products that help TORC leaders and delivery teams understand risk, regulatory progress, control health, and operational priorities. Develop and operate Microsoft Fabric capabilities, including data pipelines, semantic models, work spaces, datasets, reporting assets, and supporting platform processes.
