Platform 6 Ltd seeks a Service Now ITOM/CMDB Technical Lead for onsite work in the UK on a permanent basis. Leading design, governance and roadmaps, you will drive AI integrations and collaborate with customers and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of consulting and 5+ years Service Now experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD and IRM, with strong scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, workflows) and REST/SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server expertise.
