Transport for London (TfL) is seeking a capable IT service desk professional to provide first line support for CPOS and other TfL departments across London. You will log incidents promptly, triage requests, and communicate with users to deliver high-quality service.
You’ll maintain asset records for CPOS devices, coordinate with second and third line support, and help deploy equipment for projects while ensuring security and Data Protection compliance.
