About the role## What this role does.

Eva Esi is a whole new model line, built on the research from Forlais. It is a significant launch, and you can help shape it.

You will look after the infrastructure the platform runs on. Deployments, backups, monitoring, capacity and incidents will all sit with you, through launch day and as the user base grows.

The goal is straightforward: keep the platform reliable and grow it properly.

What we look for## Qualifications.
* Have run production infrastructure end to end and liked being responsible for it.
* Stay calm in incidents and write things down afterwards.
* Know how to keep systems reliable while growing them properly.
* Bring an open mind and genuine readiness for a learning curve.
* Are results oriented and comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes.
* Are willing to adapt and try new ideas.

Bonus## Nice to have.
* Linux, containers, Postgres and Redis in production.
* Observability stacks of the Prometheus and Grafana class.
* Edge, CDN and network security layers.
* On-call design, capacity planning and load testing.

* Run deployments, backups, monitoring, capacity planning and incidents.
* Make sure backups count by proving restores.
* Design on-call and incident practice for launch.
* Automate where it helps without making the system harder to understand.
* Work with platform and model ops on reliability as Eva Esi scales.
