Source-to- Solutions Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay (S2P) Analyst for a fixed-term contract until March 2027 to drive the optimisation of our end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing through to payment. This role is central to ensuring our procurement operations are efficient, accurate, and aligned with best practices in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

As the recognised subject matter expert, you’ll partner with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and operations to deliver impactful improvements and ensure seamless system performance.

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle S2P modules including Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Management, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable.
• Optimise end-to-end S2P processes, enhancing contract management, supplier onboarding, purchase order processing, invoice matching, and vendor performance.
• Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into effective system solutions across projects and BAU.
• Serve as first-line support for end-users, resolving functional issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing system-related tickets.
• Lead system upgrades, patching, and enhancements while ensuring stability and efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship, building wider expertise in Oracle S2P modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between S2P, Inventory, Finance, and third-party systems.
• Support testing, data migration, synchronisation, and reconciliation activities.

You are a skilled Oracle professional with deep expertise in the Source-to-Pay lifecycle and a proven ability to optimise processes, solve problems, and collaborate across business and technical teams.

• Experience with configuration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion S2P modules; knowledge of similar processes in Oracle EBS is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the full Source-to-Pay cycle, including sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and accounts payable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communicator, able to build effective relationships across business and technical functions.
• Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to developers.

• Oracle Cloud certification in one or more S2P modules.
• Experience with related Oracle Finance modules.
• SQL knowledge for data querying.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
