The RoleAs our Hub Spot & Digital Platforms Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring Amazon Filters makes full and effective use of Hub Spot and connected marketing platforms to support lead quality, automation, insight and campaign effectiveness.
This role exists to strengthen in‑house capability, improve how data and automation are used day‑to‑day, and reduce reliance on external agencies over time.
You will act as the internal subject‑matter expert for Hub Spot, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Proposals teams to ensure platforms are optimised, insight‑driven and aligned to business priorities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a hands‑on specialist, taking ownership of complex digital systems rather than managing people.
Key Responsibilities Hub Spot Platform Ownership- Act as the internal subject‑matter expert for Hub Spot (CRM & Marketing Hub)
- Own and optimise lifecycle stages, lead statuses, automation workflows, campaign tracking, attribution, and data governance/GDPR compliance
- Identify under‑utilised functionality and implement continuous improvements
- Establish and maintain clear standards, documentation and best‑practice guidance
- Own and continuously improve the Hub Spot processes that support inbound lead capture, qualification, routing and sales follow‑up
- Work with Sales, Proposals and Marketing to ensure new leads and opportunities are followed up promptly, consistently and thoroughly
- Configure and maintain workflows, notifications, task creation and escalation rules that support clear ownership and timely response
- Monitor lead and opportunity progression through the CRM, identifying gaps, delays or incomplete follow‑up and recommending process improvements
- Support agreed service‑level expectations for lead response, opportunity updates and data completeness without directly managing sales activity
- Maintain CRM hygiene and data quality across contacts, companies, deals, lifecycle stages and lead statuses to support accurate reporting and commercial decision‑making
- Design and refine automated journeys, segmentation and lead‑management processes
- Own marketing analytics and reporting across Hub Spot and connected tools
- Build and maintain dashboards providing insight into lead quality, campaign effectiveness and marketing’s contribution to sales
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and sales teams
- Apply practical AI tools across Hub Spot and related platforms to improve efficiency and insight, including personalisation, predictive lead scoring and AI‑supported reporting
- Evaluate emerging Mar Tech and AI capabilities and recommend appropriate adoption
- Ensure AI tools are used responsibly and in line with company and data‑protection policies
- Enable effective campaign delivery through correct platform setup, tracking and measurement
- Support organic and paid Linked In campaigns with accurate targeting, segmentation and performance visibility
- Act as the technical interface with external agencies where required
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to maximise effective use of systems
