The Senior Oracle Systems Analyst be the primary regional resource for Finance Systems support across the EMEA region.

This techno-functional role is responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, and other applications within the Finance Systems portfolio.  
** Do you have experience in Finance systems including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials combined with ERP support experience??

** You will be the key point of contact for EMEA end-users, coordinating support, driving enhancements, managing user provisioning, and partnering with global IT, finance stakeholders, and managed services partners to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently across the EMEA time zone.

* What we’re looking for:

*** Proven progressive experience in finance systems, ERP support, or a techno-functional business analysis role.
* Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials.
* Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, NRCS)
* Experience with finance applications such as Black Line, Concur, or Lucernex
* Oracle Cloud ERP or EPM certifications
* Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or Alteryx
* Retail or consumer goods industry experience
* Knowledge of IFRS and EMEA regional GAAP requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Demonstrated experience supporting Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
* Experience with user provisioning and security role administration in Oracle Cloud.
* Proficiency with Service Now or equivalent ITSM ticketing system.
* Experience working with or coordinating managed services partners in a regional or global support model.
* Willingness to work outside normal office hours to accommodate daily calls with EMEA stakeholders and service partners
* Proficiency in one or more regional EMEA languages is desirable.
** This role is office based in our St Albans Head Office.
