Project Manager, IT Project Manager, IT Business Analyst

We are working on behalf of a global financial services client to bring to market a PM position, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile Markets Transformation team responsible for delivering strategic change initiatives across Capital Markets. Working at the intersection of Business, Technology, and Transformation teams, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into practical technical solutions, driving delivery across multiple work streams, and ensuring key programme milestones are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical and data-driven solutions. Working closely with Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders to define delivery plans and implementation approaches. Driving the day-to-day execution of technical deliverables, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered successfully. Facilitating workshops, working groups, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and define project plans. Managing dependencies across business, transformation, and technology initiatives.

Identify, manage, and escalate programme risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner. Engaging regularly with senior stakeholders, providing updates, recommendations, and resolution strategies. Producing high-quality project documentation, status reports, governance packs, and programme artefacts. Key experience and skills:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical delivery, business analysis, project delivery, or change management role. Proven experience managing and tracking technical deliveries within complex environments. Strong understanding of the software development and delivery lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against challenging deadlines.
