Connexin Limited seeks a Customer Experience Agent to deliver first line technical support for broadband services across live chat, phone and email. You will inform customers of progress and keep systems updated, delivering a high-quality service.
Ideal candidates have at least one year in a customer-facing role, with ISP experience valued. ITIL/CompTIA/Network+ qualifications are desirable, and you will work 8am–8pm on a shift rota.
