CUDO Compute is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to own and scale the customer-facing private cloud support function across multiple sites. You will build and mentor a distributed team, manage major incidents, and drive change with external partners.
You will work closely with Product, Security and Engineering to improve tooling, coordinate releases, and ensure consistent, reliable service across time zones. This role requires travel and ITIL/ITSM expertise.
