Focus Group is seeking an IT Service Transition Lead for a 3-month contract, with immediate start and up to £600 per day. You will own end-to-end transition from delivery to live operations for a large-scale hospitality client across multi-site networks, SD-WAN, and hosting work streams.
The role requires a proven MSP Service Transition background, strong governance, and hands-on experience with cloud/networking tech (Microsoft, Meraki, Fortinet).
