Celerity Limited seeks an experienced Incident & Problem Manager to oversee incident and problem management across a diverse portfolio of Managed IT Services. You will coordinate between internal teams, vendors, partners, and customers to ensure timely resolution and drive continuous service improvement.
The role requires ITIL expertise (v4/v5) with Foundation or above, strong communication, and the ability to manage high-pressure incidents including on-call rotations.
