Johnson Controls is seeking a Technical Support Advisor (Nights) to join our ADT Support team. This role focuses on diagnosing and troubleshooting security alarm faults, using monitoring and programming software, and delivering outstanding customer service to residential customers.
No technical background required; full training provided. 6–8 weeks of daytime training (Mon–Fri) before starting the night shift rotation.
