Job Description Here at Version 1, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labour (OTL) and Absence Management to join a high-impact transformation programme.
As this is a hands-on, client-facing role, you will lead design, configuration, and delivery while guiding clients on best practices and ensuring successful adoption of Oracle HCM addition, you will:
Lead client workshops (process, design, configuration, test & validation)
Advise clients on best practices for adopting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
Own and deliver system configuration aligned to business requirements
Conduct design playback sessions, demonstrating solution capabilities
Produce clear functional documentation, workbooks, and design artefacts
Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
Drive training and coaching for both client users and internal teams
Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
Qualifications
You will have expertise within:
Oracle Cloud HCM – Absence & Time and Labour (OTL)
Proven experience across multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Hands-on experience with:
Fast Formula configuration
Experience implementing:
Onboarding journeys and approval workflows
Strong capability in running workshops and leading solution design
Experience creating high-quality functional documentation
Ability to design and deliver user training (key users & end users)
