About The Job:**## What You Will Be Doing
* Manage end-to-end IT implementation projects, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives.
* Oversee system integrations and delivery of technology-driven solutions across various business areas.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
* Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with company and banking regulations such as AML requirements.
* Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices.
* Prepare regular updates and status reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within project teams.##

What We Are Looking For
* At least 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT projects in a corporate environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Hands-on experience managing banking software projects is highly preferred.
* Proven experience in the banking or financial services sector.
* Exposure to areas such as loan management, CRM, or digital banking will be considered an asset.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
* Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Azure Dev Ops.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively with international teams and manage flexible working hours to accommodate global meetings.
