Ann Summers is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer for hybrid work with 2 days at the head office in Whyteleafe and 3 days from home. You’ll be the escalation expert for infrastructure issues, supporting Windows Server, AD, Entra , and Microsoft 365 while improving security and resilience across cloud and on‑prem environments.
You will monitor, patch and back up systems, collaborate with teams, and mentor IT staff, contributing to a secure and high‑performing technology estate.
