Key Group is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our busy IT team and help keep our business running smoothly. You will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, with a strong focus on customer service.
You'll log and track IT issues, troubleshoot across systems, collaborate with 3rd line support and external suppliers, and assist with onboarding new starters while maintaining IT security and confidentiality.
