Major Incident Manager

Location: Belfast On-site
Salary: £60,000 £ 70,000 depending on experience
Clearance: Must be eligible for SC Clearance

Were looking for an experienced Major Incident Manager to join a growing Major Incident Management function based on-site in Belfast.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has genuinely owned and managed high-priority incidents within complex environments. Youll take control during critical incidents, coordinate technical and operational teams, and ensure clear communication with senior stakeholders through to resolution.

For the more senior hire, were looking for someone who can also provide leadership across the wider MIM function, help develop best practice and drive continuous improvement.

• Taking ownership of major and business-critical incidents through to resolution
• Leading Major Incident bridge calls and coordinating technical and operational teams
• Managing escalations and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders
