Arup in Belfast is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer for a 12-month on-site contract. You will be the first point of contact for staff IT issues, covering Windows workstations, Office 365 services, and basic infrastructure tasks.
The role requires 5–6 years of desktop support experience, familiarity with devices from PCs to mobile, and knowledge of Teams, One Drive for Business, and ITIL practices. On-site work five days a week with a collaborative IT team.
