Node4 is seeking a HaloITSM Platform Administrator to join our Internal Systems team. You will lead the rollout and migration from Service Now to HaloITSM, with emphasis on reliable configuration and service delivery.
In this senior role you will own platform maturity, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across business units to ensure enterprise-wide efficiency and strong SLA adherence. You will also train user champions and document best practices to sustain knowledge sharing.
