Business Test Manager

My Client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Business Test Manager on a initial contract. The role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid (3 days onsite). The role sits within the PMO Team and involved in a large mufti year program. Strong Test Management experience is required.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning:
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies, test plans, and schedules aligned with project goals Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and evaluate QA engineers and testers, assigning tasks and tracking performance. Execution & Defect Oversight:
Oversee system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT), monitoring the defect lifecycle Automation & Tools:
Drive test automation frameworks and integration into CI/CD pipelines. Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary bridge between technical teams, project managers, and business executives regarding quality metrics and risk.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

5 years in Test Management Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Tosca).

Core Competencies:

Risk-based testing, resource allocation, conflict resolution, and clear status reporting.

Certifications:
