Leidos UK is seeking a Service Desk Analyst based in Herefordshire to support a MOD system and deliver first-line IT support in a high-security environment.
You will be the first point of contact on a technical helpdesk, providing first fix where possible and coordinating with senior teams to resolve incidents within the SLA. DV clearance is required or obtainable. The role emphasizes ITIL, Active Directory, ticketing systems and multi-system monitoring in a defence context.
