MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Customer Master Data & Process Improvement Specialist to join a global manufacturing organisation with an office in County Antrim. Key Responsibilities Creating, updating and maintaining Customer Master Data, including Sold-To, Bill-To, Ship-To, Planning Customer and End Customer structures. Managing Customer Master Data workflows, approvals and governance processes. Working closely with Sales, Finance, IT, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams. Supporting Order-to-Cash processes and ensuring customer information is accurate across systems. Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes and improve data quality.

Supporting customer data cleansing, mapping and standardisation projects. Supporting audit, compliance and data governance requirements. About You Strong Customer Master Data experience. A background within Sales Operations, Sales or Customer Service. At least 5 years' hands-on Order-to-Cash / OTC experience within SAP or another large ERP system. Experience using a Master Data, workflow, cleansing or data mapping tool. Experience improving processes as well as completing hands-on data maintenance.

Strong understanding of data quality, governance, controls and workflows.
