Uniguest is seeking an experienced Tier II/III Technical Support Engineer to join our global team. You will troubleshoot a variety of applications and product lines, collaborate with field engineers, support engineers, and development teams to diagnose issues, reproduce them, and define enhancements.
You will mentor Tier I staff, improve first-call resolution, expand the knowledge base, and help manage case backlog while documenting thoroughly in the case system.
