Applause IT Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a growing technical team supporting customers on a specialist software and technology platform. This is primarily a 1st Line / Customer Support role with opportunities to broaden technical exposure.
You will troubleshoot hardware and software, support servers and databases, and perform customer installations and site visits while working closely with the wider team to resolve issues.
