The Role We're working with an organisation in the retail environment on an exciting opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support professional to join their internal IT team. This is a hands-on role supporting colleagues across the business, providing day-to-day technical support while also getting involved in wider IT improvements and projects. It's ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users and developing their technical skillset in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll be Doing Provide 1st line ICT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues. Work closely with the ICT team and other departments to identify and implement improvements in ICT support and communication. Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, printers, peripherals and other IT equipment. Support the implementation of new software, workflows and IT processes, including user training.

Contribute to ICT projects, documentation and continuous improvement across the organisation About You Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support / service desk role. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra  basic networking. Confident supporting both technical and non-technical users. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on resolving issues efficiently.
