We are looking for a technically strong Dev Ops engineer who wants to grow into a leadership role by delivering results first. You will help shape the future of our cloud platform, improve developer productivity, and support healthcare innovations that positively impact patients worldwide

As the team grows, this role is expected to become a key technical and leadership position within the Dev Ops function
Your roadmap in this role Within 6 months- Stabilize active Dev Ops initiatives and accelerate delivery velocity
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements
- Deliver highly automated, reliable, and observable deployment processes
- Significantly reduce operational toil through automation and AI-native practices
- 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related fields
- Strong hands-on AWS experience and familiarity with Azure
- Expertise with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, Cloud Formation, or CDK
- Solid Linux, Git, and production systems administration skills
- Experience developing automation solutions in Python or similar languages
- Experience running and securing production environments
- AI-native working style with regular use of tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
- Excellent written communication and documentation capabilities
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
- AWS certifications
