Working closely with stakeholders, you will develop reporting solutions, analyse complex data and create dashboards that deliver meaningful business intelligence.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to automation projects using Microsoft Power Platform and support the organisation's adoption of AI-driven analytics capabilities. The position provides strong exposure to SQL, business intelligence, data modelling and modern cloud data platforms, making it an excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst looking to develop their technical expertise and progress their career within a forward-thinking organisation.
The Person Commercial experience as a Data Analyst or within a comparable analytical position. Strong experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence interpreting complex datasets. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards or using comparable Business Intelligence platforms. Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into effective reporting and analytical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across different areas of the organisation. High level of attention to detail, particularly around data quality and accuracy.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, would be advantageous. Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or modern cloud-based data platforms would be beneficial. Good understanding of data modelling, reporting standards and data governance. Genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging data technologies. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently while contributing effectively within a team.
