My client is a well-established organisation currently progressing through a major multi-year Digital Transformation Programme and is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Programme Manager to oversee the planning, governance and delivery of a broad technology transformation agenda across Northern Ireland.

This is a pivotal position responsible for coordinating a number of key digital initiatives, including cloud migration, enterprise system implementations, data and reporting improvements, and the decommissioning of legacy technology. The organisation is making substantial investment in modernising its technology environment and strengthening its data and reporting capabilities. The Programme Manager will have a central role in establishing effective governance, coordinating delivery and ensuring new technology, systems and processes are successfully adopted across the organisation. As Digital Transformation Programme Manager, you will take ownership of programme planning, coordination and delivery.

This will include developing and maintaining programme plans, implementing governance structures, managing risks and dependencies, overseeing budgets and schedules, and providing clear progress updates to senior stakeholders. The programme will encompass initiatives including Microsoft 365 migration, enterprise system implementations across Finance, workforce planning and CRM, business intelligence and reporting, cloud transformation, and the retirement of legacy systems. You will also have a key role in change management and user adoption, ensuring stakeholders remain engaged and employees are supported through effective communication, training, adoption planning and the transition away from legacy processes.

The Person Minimum 4 years' experience managing complex programmes or projects involving multiple stakeholders. Proven track record delivering technology and digital transformation initiatives within a structured project or programme environment. Experience managing third-party suppliers, implementation partners and technology vendors. Strong understanding of programme governance, including reporting, risk management and escalation. Experience coordinating delivery across technical, operational and corporate functions. Demonstrable ability to manage budgets, timelines and programme delivery plans.

Experience supporting organisational change and adoption following the introduction of new systems or processes. Experience delivering enterprise system implementations, such as ERP, CRM, workforce management or data platforms, would be advantageous.

Experience with in health, social care, voluntary or public sector environments would be desirable. Exposure to cloud or Microsoft 365 transformation programmes would be beneficial. Strong programme management, planning and organisational skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to turn strategic objectives into clear and achievable delivery plans.

Experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives. Relevant degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Project Management, Computer Science or a related subject. Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP or Agile Project Management would be desirable. Proactive, results-focused and solution-oriented approach.
