Your role in the team Core Engineering & Platforms (CEP) group is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Software Engineering Manager for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to lead the development, adoption, and operationalization of enterprise-scale infrastructure automation capabilities. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team while driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of software-defined infrastructure solutions that enable infrastructure to be provisioned, managed, and operated through code.

The ideal candidate has successfully led large-scale engineering organizations, launched enterprise Infrastructure as Code initiatives, and delivered measurable business outcomes through automation, platform engineering, and AI transformation. This leader will establish engineering excellence standards, create reusable infrastructure platforms, drive AI-assisted engineering practices, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. As both a people leader and technical practitioner, the candidate will coach and mentor engineers, provide strategic direction, remove delivery barriers, and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.

In addition, it also requires collaborating closely with servers, security, networking, platform, and application engineering teams to build scalable, secure, resilient, and self-service infrastructure capabilities that accelerate business outcomes. Responsibilities:
