In this role, you will be the chief architect of EMEA revenue expansion, directly influencing regional market penetration while transforming traditional marketing into an AI-driven, highly efficient pipeline growth engine.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

Architect and execute the EMEA demand generation strategy to drive predictable pipeline growth across enterprise software markets

Integrate cutting-edge AI workflows, predictive account scoring, and hyper-personalized content into daily campaign execution

Inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing team of regional marketing leaders built for continuous innovation

Partner seamlessly with Sales and Rev Ops leadership to establish seamless lead-to-opportunity management and maximize ROIManage regional demand budgets, compliance, and full-funnel performance metrics using advanced predictive analytics

Essential

Skills & Experience:

You bring 10+ years of progressive B2B demand generation or revenue marketing leadership within complex SaaS or enterprise software environments

You offer 5+ years of direct experience hiring, coaching, and inspiring cross-functional or cross-regional marketing teams across EMEAYou demonstrate proven expertise applying AI technologies across campaign lifecycle management, personalization, and pipeline velocity

You possess deep technical command of modern marketing stacks including Salesforce, 6

Sense, and predictive analytics platforms

You have a track record of effective cross-cultural communication and senior stakeholder alignment across a global matrix organization

Bonus Points For:

Experience localizing Account-Based Experience (ABX) frameworks across diverse sub-regions in Europe Advanced knowledge of regional data privacy frameworks such as GDPRLogistics:
