Role Overview

Skillfinder International is currently seeking an experienced Sim Corp GAIN Developer / Technical Consultant to join a Sim Corp project on a fully remote basis.

This is a hands-on technical position focused on GAIN configuration and development
, requiring strong GAIN expertise alongside development experience with C#, Power Shell and GAIN Studio
.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on Sim Corp GAIN configuration and development
Develop and maintain solutions using GAIN Studio
Work with GAIN data structures and associated technical components
Develop and support solutions using C#
Create and maintain Power Shell scripts and scripting frameworks
Troubleshoot technical issues across the GAIN environment
Support testing, configuration and deployment activities
Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout project delivery
Provide specialist technical expertise on GAIN-related requirements

Required Experience

Strong hands-on Sim Corp GAIN expertise
Proven experience with GAIN Studio
Strong understanding of GAIN data structures
Development experience using C#
Experience with Power Shell and scripting frameworks
Previous experience with GAIN configuration and development
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working within complex Sim Corp implementation environments
