Your day-today responsibilities will revolve around the support, maintenance, and administration of an enterprise finance software application. Further duties will include investigation and analysis work; support regular reporting, budget processes and forecasting; maintaining existing reports, whilst developing & designing new reports; scripting SQL queries to support reporting and data validation; develop work schedules; supporting incidents, upgrades, and new system and modular implementation to financial applications;

security management; mapping, improving, maintaining and updating system processes and documenting procedures; improving system performance; maintaining service level agreements and system documentation; providing excellent customer services and stakeholder engagement; user acceptance testing; and training users.
