Envision Pharma Group is building the foundation for a modern, connected HR function, and the HR Technology Analyst plays a critical hands‑on role in making that vision real. We're looking for a technically strong practitioner who keeps our HR technology ecosystem healthy while helping shape where it goes next. You'll configure and support our core HR platforms, contribute to the HR technology roadmap, and serve as a key connection point between HR, IT, Finance, and our vendors.
This is a role for someone who gets genuinely curious about how our HR centers of excellence work, listening for the manual, repetitive pain points and turning them into automation and self‑service opportunities.
- Configure, test, and implement core HR platforms supporting employee data changes, lifecycle processes, integrations (APIs, file feeds, etc.) and HR service delivery
- Maintain system health, data integrity, and platform governance across the HR technology stack, keeping configuration and process documentation current and reliable
- Serve as a technology advisor to HR centers of excellence, identifying where technology can address their challenges and translating business needs into system and process requirements for new implementations and enhancements
- Partner with HR leadership to define key people metrics, design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports, and turn raw data into actionable insights
- Support the development of an HR data governance model covering data definitions, access controls, naming conventions, and audit processes
- Contribute to the HR technology strategic vision and roadmap in partnership with the Manager, HR Operations & Program Management
- Drive day‑to‑day change management for system implementations and enhancements, building adoption across HR and the broader organization through process guides, knowledge articles, and training
- Champion automation and continuous improvement, identifying where manual work can be eliminated or streamlined, and challenging the status quo
- Stay current on AI capabilities within HR tech platforms and bring forward practical, well‑scoped recommendations
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- 4+ years of experience in HR systems or HR technology roles
- Hands‑on configuration and administration experience with ADP Workforce Now required; experience with Power BI preferred; familiarity with Litmos, Lattice, and Power Automate a plus
- Demonstrated experience leading system implementations or major platform enhancements highly preferred
