About This RoleWe are seeking a senior Legion WFM Architect for a 6-month engagement to lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Legion Workforce Management solutions for large, multi-country global businesses. You will own functional design, configuration, and support of applications across the HR and Time & Attendance domain, working closely with HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance, and upstream and downstream system owners across Labor Planning, Scheduling, and Payroll to gather and define requirements.
This is a remote role with options within Europe and the US. Rate is open.
- Lead functional design, configuration, and support of applications with a primary focus on the global deployment of applications within the HR and Time & Attendance domain
- Interact with business customers HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance, and upstream/downstream owners such as Labor Planning, Scheduling, and Payroll to gather and define requirements
- Conduct fit-gap analysis of gathered requirements to develop a matrix distinguishing requirements satisfied by configuring the timekeeping application (Fit) from those requiring a workaround or custom solution (Gap)
- Design and configure Legion modules including forecasting, scheduling, time & attendance, labor compliance, and optimization
- Engage with Data Engineers and Product Managers to design application extensions (custom solutions) and provide end-user support for multiple modules across multiple geographies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to ensure coordinated system integration and data flow
- Provide architectural guidance during configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
- Define technical best practices, solution frameworks, and reusable components for Legion WFM deployments
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle
- 10+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing Legion Workforce Management solutions
- Strong experience in Legion workforce scheduling, labor optimization, real-time management, reporting, and compliance
- Experience as architect for large Legion WFM implementations across multi-country / global businesses
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of large WFM programs, laying down the architecture and defining design for these large implementations
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions and enterprise system integrations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- 6-month engagement architecting enterprise Legion WFM solutions for global businesses
- Fully remote role with options across Europe and the US
- Lead large, multi-country WFM implementations end to end
- Work across HR, Payroll, and IT with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Collaborative environment alongside experienced architects and consultants
