Join a growing organisation as the Net Suite lead
, owning the platform end-to-end and driving smarter, faster, better processes.
Net Suite underpins Finance across multiple entities. You'll shape how the platform scales, modernises and supports a maturing Finance function.
If you love improving systems, strengthening controls and partnering with Finance, Ops and IT then this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
Net Suite Administrator role -- Own, configure and enhance Net Suite (workflows, scripts, roles, reporting)
- Drive strong governance: role design, audit tasks, secure access
- Translate business needs into scalable solutions across GL/AP/AR/FP&A
- Improve processes, controls and user experience
- Provide daily support, troubleshooting and training
- Manage integrations with banking, planning and core business systems
- Lead upgrades, enhancements, UAT and automation initiatives
- 3+ years financial systems experience (GL/AP/AR)
- Deep Net Suite knowledge: config, customisation, dashboards, saved searches
- Experience with multiple modules (Fixed Assets, Projects etc.)
- Integration experience (APIs, middleware, web services)
- Strong understanding of role-based security and workflows
- Clear communicator, structured problem solver, collaborative mindset
- Net Suite certifications - ideally Suite Foundation / Admin certs or similar
