MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Customer Master Data & Process Improvement Specialist to join a global manufacturing organisation with an office in County Antrim.

Key Responsibilities- Creating, updating and maintaining Customer Master Data, including Sold-To, Bill-To, Ship-To, Planning Customer and End Customer structures.
- Managing Customer Master Data workflows, approvals and governance processes.
- Working closely with Sales, Finance, IT, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.
- Supporting Order-to-Cash processes and ensuring customer information is accurate across systems.
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes and improve data quality.
- Supporting customer data cleansing, mapping and standardisation projects.
- Supporting audit, compliance and data governance requirements.
- Strong Customer Master Data experience.
- A background within Sales Operations, Sales or Customer Service
. - At least 5 years' hands-on Order-to-Cash / OTC experience within SAP or another large ERP system.
- Experience using a Master Data, workflow, cleansing or data mapping tool
. - Experience improving processes as well as completing hands‑on data maintenance.
- Strong understanding of data quality, governance, controls and workflows.
- Hybrid working model (3 days in the office)
